- Cancellation Requests:

Applications should be done with your reservation reference number, name on the reservation, and your reason for cancellation. - Cancellation Fees:
For cancellation done more than 30 days before the scheduled date: Full refund minus processing fee [amount].
For cancellations 15 to 30 days prior to the scheduled date: 50% refund.
- 15 days or more in advance: Full refund.
Between 8 and 14 days prior to date: Partial refund.
Between 2 days and 7 days of the date: 50% refund of total booking cost.
Less than 15 days prior to the scheduled date: No refund will be given.
3. No-Shows
In the event that you fail to report at any of the scheduled experiences, no refund shall be issued.

- Any payments made through our website shall be refunded back to the original payment method applied at the time of booking.
